Sorry, SOLD! This lovely European Czech cello was bought new in 1972. She is in top condition and fitted with Larsen strings and Wittner fine tuners. These type of cellos were made very well and are just not found in this condition. I have the original soft case which is in perfect order. The cello will be sold with a new Hiddersine bow. A very old instrument that has been fully restored. The front was dated with origin in Germany which came back with a date of around 1820 and the spruce grown in the northern Hemisphere of England. The front was beyond repair so a spruce front was handcarved from old tone wood to match the existing one. The rest of the cello is believed to be original.
